Our Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, email us at support@asthainternationalllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
